Welcome to our little corner of the world. We are excited for you to join us on our journey. We are Joanna and Nathan and we reside in the foothills of a suburb just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. We are permanent projectors, primarily focused on creating a sustainable lifestyle for ourselves and our combined family. Between the two of us we have 6 kids, a bonus daughter, and the cutest grandson.
The primary areas we spend our focus outside of our day jobs, and the areas we will share on this blog:
- Suburban gardening (from greenhouse to garden boxes to harvesting)
- House projects – the endless beast that home ownership brings
- Real Estate Investing/Landlording – one of our efforts for sustainable retirement
You might see some lifestyle added in here too (raising 5 teenagers, travel, relationship work, and yoga).
Our hope is that through sharing some of our projects, you might be inspired to create a sustainable life too. We believe finding that meaning comes through shared connection which is accomplished by teaching and learning. May this corner be a soft and interesting space to propagate life together.
